Some of our readers might have noticed that atvminnesota.org was offline for a while. Well, we had a series of troubles that we had to overcome after we got shutdown for a period of time. We tried to correct the problem ourselves but ended up reaching out to a great company, Big League Search of St. Paul, for help with all our issues. After all the problems they helped us deal with we want to give them a sincere shout out and tell our readers about the problems they helped us overcome.
The first problem we had, we accidentally let our domain name expire and it was acquired but another party. We were actually having difficulty tracking down the new owner of the domain. Big League Search, do their research magic and found the new owners. They they negotiated a price that we could both agree to and were able to reacquire our domain name for us.
The second problem was with our website design. Or previous web design company didn't have any old website backups and after our GoDaddy hosting account expired we lost all of our old files. Big League Search stepped in again and recovered our old site from the Archive.org Way Back Machine and was able to quickly restore our old website design. This saved us a significant amount of money not having to have a new website designed.
Now that we are back online our goal is to build out our Social Media presence, Big League Search once again is helping us claim all of our Social Media accounts.
In the future we plan to build out a whole new site for the Minnesota ATV community. Thanks to the great service we have experience so far we are again going to hand this responsibility over to Big League Search, we were sold on what they call their "search-centric" approach to web design. They explained that as a web development philosophy that makes search engine optimization and social media engagement a pillar of web design from the inception of a new website. A website that nobody can find is like a business cart that you never hand out. When building a out a new website it's important to understand how website visitors find sites today; it's vital to know what users are searching for on the search engines and what social media sites they are using to explore their interests.
Beyond web design, SEO and social media. Big League Search also manages business pay-per-click campaigns. For ATV and other recreational vehicle businesses looking to drive traffic to their website, PPC can be an effective way to put your ads and site in front of customers. For example, if you an ATV tour company in the arrowhead region and you want to attract customers from the Twin Cities, you can target customers on Google and Bing who are looking for "ATV rentals". Big League Search has earned their Google Adword Partner certification and is more than qualified to help businesses looking to advertise.
In conclusion, we would like to thank Big League Search for all their help in getting AtvMinnesota.org back online, if you would like more information about their services visit the link in this article or their Facebook page online.
